Freedom of Speech in the 21st Century
Right ladies and germs, it's time for the first MUN meeting of the 07/08 academic year. Hopefully the meeting will be a success. If you have any feedback, or wish to discuss anything else related to the meeting, then this is the place to do so.

Yeah, the monday night session was OK - pretty slow to start with, though that might have been down to timidity because it was the first session and a lot of people were new and all that, but I thought it got better towards the end - more people seemed to get involved.

I turned up very late- only really to give a book to my fresher. Would have liked to gotten there early obviously. Just seemed abit odd with the holy see dominating the discussion. Dunno what the exec stance is on silly statements- ie about google. Keeping the debate serious and realistic?

Thanks for the feedback guys! I really do appreciate that, it can help us grow as a society if we keep these forum as a place where we are open to (constructive) criticism and the odd compliment.
The first session of the year can be tough - people might be new to it, or like me, a bit rusty after a summer of work, play and no MUN. I'm sure we'll improve as we go along. Hope to see you all this weekend as well as next Monday.
